Family with Young Children
Great location. Nice staff. Refrigerator in room was a big plus, especially traveling with a young child. Free WiFi just for joining loyalty club is nice bonus. Wish we'd gotten to use the pool -- it looked very nice but the weather wasn't conducive to that. The decor and TVs are a little dated, but that's not something I really care about. ...read more

Upon check in at hotel, was checked into a smoking room, room smelled like an ashtray. When asked to have another room, there were only rooms with pull out beds (sofa- bed). Reception staff friendly, but senior staff spoke French in front of me (english speaking), and with discussion about me being made, I commented that I understood French and noted that this type of conversation about the customer was inappropriate, they looked surprised and spoke English. Room air purifier was given, with little effect, room finally changed following day after more discussion with reception staff, who the following day did not seem interested in resolving the issue. ...read more
